Our EAP Network
The Lexington Group maintains a network of over 2,500 clinical service sites nationally serviced by 80 Master’s level mental health professionals in our 24/7 clinical intake and crisis response center. This network of professionals ensures that our clients are seen in a convenient location.
The Lexington Group operates its programs under the commonly accepted ethical standards of the Employee Assistance Professionals Association (EAPA). All clinicians have earned at least a Master’s Degree in psychology or the social sciences, are licensed, and are capable of handling a broad spectrum of personal difficulties. These include substance abuse, stress related disorders, marital and family conflicts, depression, anxiety, grief and other emotional situations.
We also offer additional assistance through our Life Care and Personal Support Services to help manage daily tasks. Organizational development, conflict resolution, mediation and team building services are provided by staff members with extensive backgrounds in business and related social sciences.
